Mission:
The Cloud L Cray and Sarah J Cray Family Foundation (Cray Family Foundation) supports the needs of not for profit organizations in Atchison, Kansas and beyond seeking to deliver programs and services that promote quality of life, human and animal welfare and a resilient community. We fund programs that continue the legacy of Bud and Sally Cray and engage our family members and our Board of Trustees to make a measurable impact, are sustainable, fiscally responsible, and transparent.
Purpose:
This policy provides structure and process for guiding our family’s philanthropic investment priorities. Our family is committed to open conversation and thoughtful planning that will craft both our family’s legacies and personal passions to reflect our closest-held values. We define ourselves as investors and are interested in creating the highest possible levels of measurable impact for the grant dollars we award.
